Ordered at 16 and it fits perfect! Front chest fabric is not sewn together and that would be my only issue, but it's an easy fix.

I purchased the dress for my daughter. She loves it and it's very flattering on her. She does have to wear either a clear strap or strapless bra with this dress.

This dress is gorgeous and impressive. I wore it for the formal dinner on a cruise. I'm 5'9" and this dress is especially long. It would definitely not work for anyone shorter and in fact was a little too long for me but with very high shoes it was fine.
