Fit is great and comfortable. I am 5'6 150 with DD and I wear a medium. This dress Is stretchy to fit around your chest if your larger in that area and hug you around your waist.

The product looks really nice. However, the sizing on this dress is not the standard American size. I ordered this for my wife as a birthday gift. Typically she wears US size 2-3 and I ordered this dress. According to the reviews of people I did order size 4. The top lace on the neck and shoulder fitted fine but the chest area was too tight. Then we returned that and ordered size 8. Size 8 was too big. Now I have ordered size 6. Hopefully it will fit her. The dress is really nice but the sizing of this dress is really tricky. I appreciate the seller that they have made returns so easy for prime customers.
